Investors Forum for Aquaculture 2018

Investors Forum for Aquaculture – 2018 was held on 20^th August 2018 at Water’s Edge Battaramulla, organized by National Aquaculture Development authority of Sri Lanka together with Ministry of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Development and Rural Economy in order to promote foreign and local investments for aquaculture.

The Forum was inaugurated by Hon. Vijith Viyayamuni Zoysa, Minister of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Development and Rural Economy with the participation of Hon. Dilip Wedaarachchi, State Minister of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Development and Rural Economy and Hon. Ameer Ali Deputy Minister of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Development and Rural Economy.

Mr. Nuwan Prasantha Madawan Arachchi Chairman NAQDA, Prof. Daya Edirisinghe, Chairman NARA, Mr. Nimal Chandraratne, Director General NAQDA, Mr. G.P. Janaka Kumara, Director General, Department of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources and Officers of NAQDA, BOI, Ministry of Social Welfare and Primary Industries and other institutions, investors were also present at this event.
