Providing Tablet Computers to Aquaculture Extension Officers

110 tablet computers were distributed to Aquaculture Extension Officers of NAQDA to facilitate their
service in order strengthen the extension services and data collection and monitoring activities. Tablet
Computers were ceremonially handed over to officers by Hon. Kanchana Wijesekara, State Minister of
Ornamental Fish, Inland Fish & Prawn Farming, Fishery Harbour Development, Multiday Fishing
Activities and Fish Exports. Mr. Jayantha Wijeratne Chairman NAQDA, Dr. J.M. Asoka, Director
General NAQDA, Officers of the NAQDA were also present at this event.
