Shrimp Industry Stakeholder Meeting

In order to provide the necessary government intervention for shrimp farming, Shrimp Industry Stakeholder Meeting was held on 10 th August with the participation of Hon. Bandula Gunawardana, Minister of Trade, Hon. Kanchana Wijesekara, State Minister of Ornamental Fish, Inland Fish and Prawn Farming, Fishery Harbour Development, Multiday Fishing Activities and Fish Exports and Hon. Sanath Nishantha, State Minister of Rural and Divisional Drinking Water  Supply Projects Development. Mr. Jayantha Chandrasoma, Secretary to the State Ministry, Mr. Jayantha Wijeratne, Chairman NAQDA, Mr. Nimal Chandraratne Director General NAQDA and Dr. J.M. Asoka, Director (Coastal Aquaculture
